Our Story
The Story Behind Lalitha Constructions
Our team of 50 employees hails from every craft and expertise in the field, allowing us to combine innovative construction methods and accountable project management to get the job done and get it done right.
In 2006, Mr.V.VENKATESH, founded the company for construction of residential and various types of Commercial Buildings. From the beginning, the Venkatesh family infused its company with strong core values.

How It Started...
The company quickly expanded into residential and remodeling projects, the masonry operation was phased out and focus shifted to commercial, industrial and institutional building projects. They attracted expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds and formed a team that would become largest construction company by 2010. As the company expanded, so did its reach—projects spread across the Bangalore.
In 2010, Venkatesh formally transitioned leadership responsibilities to the company's senior officials and gradually began divesting their ownership in the company. In 2011 the company became 100% employee owned. A natural progression reflecting the shift from a small, family business started in 2010 to a thriving company fully owned by the employees. Lalitha Construction's success over the past 10 years is due to its employees' dedication to excellent work, customer service that exceeds expectations, and a safety program that has led to millions of zero-accident hours. Honesty and open communication have empowered Lalitha Construction's workforce since day one, and it shows in our work.
